Our mission
“Create moments that really count” – that has been our mission since Traum-Ferienwohnungen was founded in 2001. We want to create moments from which sustainable relationships can grow. With our platform for vacation rentals, we want to bring people together and create personal connections – whether between hosts and holiday guests or within our international team. That requires courage, openness and a real hands-on mentality. Are you in?


Our corporate culture
To achieve great things, you need great people. That is why our good corporate culture and first-class team spirit are in the foreground at Traum-Ferienwohnungen. We don’t have a dress code, you can come to us however you feel most comfortable – and of course regardless of your origin, religion or sexual orientation. Work-life balance is very important to us and we offer you flexible working time models and the opportunity to work from home at any time. Of course, fun at work should not be missing – whether in everyday office life, at team events or during our legendary tombola.

Our teams
Every employee has a home in one of our four teams. So all skills are represented in order to take care of our customers and employees as best as possible.

Commercial Circle
Whether private home owner or agencies – the commercial team takes care of all customer concerns from sales to support.

Engagement Circle
From product management to marketing to data analysis – the engagement team always has the needs of the customers in mind.

Tech
Circle
The tech team makes sure that everything runs smoothly – both on the websites and on the employees’ devices.

General Company
The general company team takes care of the concerns of the company and the employees – HR and controlling are at home here, for example.

Flexible working hours
Craftsman between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.? No problem! Thanks to the home office option and flexible working hours, you can work in consultation with your team when and where you want! Traum-Ferienwohnungen relies on trustful working hours and your team spirit and also supports you if you have to temporarily adjust your working hours.
Creative freedom
Do you want to freely organize your day-to-day work within your team and actively contribute your own ideas? Then you’ve come to the right place with us! We want to get better together – and we need creative minds who convince with their outstanding initiative and are not afraid to give 101 percent at any time.
Individual onboarding
To get started quickly, you will receive an individual onboarding from us. After the greeting and a general introduction, your buddy will support you in your first six months and will help you to arrive quickly in your team and get started right away.
Modern office space
Our office is centrally located in Bremen’s Überseestadt and can be easily reached by car and public transport. Of course, we have the obligatory fully automatic coffee machine, chilled drinks, fruit basket, foosball table – and many other amenities for your everyday work.

Are you a real team player? Perfect! Our cohesion among colleagues is unique and our absolute strength. Dynamic development
We are open to new ideas, open to feedback and open to the challenges of the vacation rental market. Traum-Ferienwohnungen is always “work in progress”. Our company is constantly developing dynamically – and needs employees who want to live and help shape this dynamic.
Regular feedback
We need employees who want to develop themselves further and who can work with constructive feedback. During the first six months you will receive feedback on your development in dedicated feedback sessions at least every eight weeks. Our feedback is always authentic, because we don’t mince our words – and we expect you to be open to this type of feedback culture..
International network
We think big. Thanks to our affiliation with OYO Vacation Homes, you will work in international teams at Traum-Ferienwohnungen, allowing you to network with specialists from all over the world. Together we want to conquer the world. 😉
