This position (40h/week) ​can be ​filled as an onsite role in our offices in Bremen ​or Hamburg, but ​fully remote ​from somewhere in Germany is also an option.
But of course we are very happy if you ​want to visit us in Bremen regularly for our team events, afterwork or company parties

What you'll do here...

As an event manager, you are responsible for event planning, from the organization and implementation to the follow-up of internal and external events:

  • You are responsible for the planning, coordination and implementation of in-house as well as external events such as trade fairs, sales events or panel discussions
  • You are responsible for the supervision of briefings, presentations and stand construction
  • You create and are responsible for budgets and ROI/refinancing of events
  • You identify suitable venues, exhibition partners and suppliers and independently conduct bid negotiations
  • You work cross-functionally and project-related together with marketing and sales colleagues on event planning
  • You take over the management and coordination of external service providers as well as price and contract negotiations
  • You will be responsible for the continuous maintenance of our mailing list and thus make a lasting contribution to our corporate network
  • You will prepare project evaluations as well as reports for success analyses after the conclusion of the event.

  • An apprenticeship or a degree in event management, tourism management, marketing or communication completes your profile
  • Your German language skills are at a native level (C2) and you have a good command of English
