The position is home office based in or nearby to your region.

What you'll do here...

  • You are responsible for the development of your market and the expansion of existing customers in the vacation home segment and control all necessary activities around your customers
  • In cooperation with the regional sales manager you control and manage the acquisition of new customers
  • You plan your field services and the visit of existing customers in your market
  • You manage to increase the number of listings of existing customers and convince them to buy additional products
  • You work closely with our existing customers and thus create customer loyalty at eye level
  • Together with your colleagues, you will take care of the introduction and definition of sales and growth targets as well as of sales controlling
  • You ensure high quality content and onboarding of our customers

  • You have completed a degree in tourism or business administration or have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship
  • A customer meeting and a presentation of business results is no challenge for you
  • A strategic and analytical way of thinking comes easily to you
  • You are well acquainted with the market and competitive environment of the accommodation industry
  • Openness, negotiation skills and a strong customer orientation are your strengths
  • You enjoy working with many different colleagues and customers and can quickly adapt to your respective contact person
  • Your willingness to travel is very high and you are willing to spend at least one week a month on the road
  • You are business fluent in German and English
  • You like to rethink work and be part of an international team
