This full-time position is home office based in Italy.

  • Be the face of Traum-Ferienwohnungen in your region, generating sales and new business opportunities through prospecting, scheduling appointments and in-person meetings, or closing via phone
  • You work closely together with our existing customers and thereby establish customer loyalty on equal footing
  • Drive quarterly and annual sales targets for a defined territory
  • Identify key partnership with local players in the vacation rental segment
  • Build and cultivate relationships with property managers listed on Traum-Ferienwohnungen
  • Own the end to end business development, including planning and building your regional pipeline
  • Coordinate with a local call center for pre-sale activities
  • Work with a marketing team to support local supply acquisition activities
  • Support with localization to a local environment or a local language

  • You have completed a tourism or business administration degree or a successfully completed business education
  • You have at least 1-2 years of work experience
  • A strategic and analytical mindset is easy for you
  • You are well experienced in the market and competitive environment of Traum-Ferienwohnungen
  • Openness, negotiating skills and a pronounced customer focus are among your strengths
  • You like working with many different colleagues and customers and can quickly adjust to your respective contact person
  • You have a driver’s license and your willingness to travel in your local market is high
  • You speak English and Italian fluently
  • You are ready to work from the respective local market
  • You want to rethink work and be part of an international team
