For over 20 years we have been bringing hosts and holiday guests together – and creating personal connections: As one of the largest providers of holiday accommodation, we find and arrange locations that feel like home.
 
We are colleagues, friends, enthusiasts. We are doers. And visionaries! More than 120 people from eleven different countries join us and do: Holidays. The New Business team is located in the beautiful city of Hamburg . So if you are located ​or are thinking of moving here, we’d love to meet you! But ​Bremen, Berlin, Amsterdam or the city of your choice that brings you close enough to Hamburg to regularly attend team meetings and events are also a possibility to become part of the team through our flexible remote working option.

What you'll do here...

  • You acquire new customers and subsequently look after them to ensure a long partnership 
  • You sell our products with passion and enthusiasm
  • You find new ways to address potential customers through creative ideas
  • You are jointly responsible for successfully placing new products and ideas on the market
  • You manage to inspire interested parties for our product and to win many new customers in this way
  • Together with your colleagues you take care of the development, definition and controlling of sales and growth targets

  • You are interested and have the desire to go new ways together
  • Ambition, initiative, a high degree of customer and service orientation as well as a high willingness to learn characterize you
  • You have at least successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship
  • You have initial experience in telephone sales, can make professional telephone calls and would like to develop and expand your skills 
  • An analytical way of thinking comes easily to you
  • You can quickly familiarize yourself with market and competitive fields 
  • Sales talent, strong communication skills and enthusiasm are in your blood
  • Determination and the unconditional will to determine your personal success through your own performance
  • A “no” from a customer is always an incentive for you to say “yes” again: you can make the other person listen and get answers.
  • You are also convincing on the phone through your composure, good dialectics and your ability to convince.
  • You enjoy working with (international) colleagues and customers and can adapt well to your contact person.
  • You speak and write German fluently. But since our company language is English, this should also roll off your tongue very easily
