If you live in the beautiful city of Bremen or are thinking of moving here, we’d love to meet you! But Hamburg, Berlin, Amsterdam or the city of your choice that brings you close enough to Bremen to regularly attend team meetings and events are also a possibility to become part of the team through our flexible remote working option.

What you'll do here...

  • You are the central point of contact, the hub and the heart of all our events
  • You coordinate our own event formats as well as our participation in existing concepts (e.g. trade fairs)
  • You implement events from A like selection of suitable sponsoring partners to Z like target tracking – whether internal or external, physical, digital or hybrid
  • Your biggest project is our annual B2B industry event ‘Professional Partners Conference’, which you plan and execute independently
  • You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to design communication and marketing around the events
  • You acquire partners and sponsors and represent Traum-Ferienwohnungen at events
  • You keep an eye on the market in search of new events and optimize our existing event formats in line with our corporate objectives
  • You define standards and frameworks for trade shows and events and also support other teams in handling event requests/requests
  • You plan, manage and control the budget

... and what you're bringing in return

  • You have a degree or comparable training with a focus on marketing or events
  • You have more than 3 years of professional experience in the planning and implementation of events – preferably also digitally
  • Your organizational skills are legendary and your greatest success is when everything runs smoothly
  • You work in a structured manner and on your own responsibility and keep an overview – and a cool head – in any situation
  • You love to approach people openly – online and offline – and impress with your communication skills
  • You are a true team player and open to change
  • You are tech-savvy and digital minded, you are comfortable with common video and media technology
  • You are flexible and willing to travel – ideally you also have a driver’s license
  • You speak and write German fluently. But since our company language is English, this should also roll off your tongue very easily
