This position (40h/week) ​can be ​filled as an onsite role in our offices in Bremen ​or Hamburg, but ​fully remote ​from somewhere in Germany is also an option.
But of course we are very happy if you ​want to visit us in Bremen regularly for our team events, afterwork or company parties

What you'll do here...

  • You will focus on project controlling and create project- and customer-specific overviews, evaluations and reports
  • You support the managers in resource and budget planning as well as in task allocation and briefings of the team
  •  You coordinate all projects and tasks of the content marketing team and ensure a smooth cooperation with the other departments
  • You manage internal projects independently in your department and maintain an overview at all times
  • You schedule and communicate project requests via our ticket system JIRA
  • Project plans, project documentation and keeping track of the current project status are central components of your work
  • You maintain an overview and ensure the successful implementation of customer projects in all project phases, always keeping an eye on the details
  • You evaluate the reports of our data team and derive recommendations for action from them
  • You share your project knowledge with your team and thus drive the establishment, further development and design of internal processes
The "Where to" is set, the "How" is up to you. With the focus on a target group there are no limits to your creativity.

... and what you're bringing in return

  • You have a degree, for example in the field of business, humanities and social sciences, marketing or an education with a similar focus
  • You have at least 1-2 years of professional experience in project management, digital marketing or in a comparable field of activity – preferably also in the agency sector
  • You are experienced in dealing with customers, agencies and service providers
  • You have good communication skills, work in a structured manner and have technical understanding
  • Depending on the project, you can work flexibly in a team or independently
  • Your German language skills are at a native level (C2) and you have a good command of English
  • You are experienced in working with Microsoft Teams. It would be a plus if you already have experience with JIRA and Confluence.
