What you'll do here...

In order to make your workday as varied as possible, the position is divided into several areas. On the one hand, you would be responsible for taking over our travel management. In addition, and especially in periods with little travel, you would take over tasks in accounts payable.

Travel Management:

  • You will ensure smooth planning, processing and coordination of business trips, taking into account their costs and benefits
  • You process incoming travel expense reports and always ensure compliance with current legal requirements
  • You negotiate contracts and partnerships with service providers and contractual partners
  • You define company-wide travel guidelines
  • You always keep track of our travel expenses through travel cost controlling

Accounts payable:

  • You are responsible for the collection, processing, verification and archiving of supplier invoices.
  • You take over the pre-registration of supplier invoices in “DATEV Unternehmen online” & ensure their provision to the tax office
  • You take over the cash accounting
  • You coordinate the handling of payment transactions and maintain the bank accounts
  • You regularly coordinate with our tax office in order to process open items and prepare monthly and annual financial statements
  • You also create and manage outgoing invoices in individual cases
  • Credit card management is also part of your duties: This includes the creation of virtual one-time credit cards, credit card billing, contract management as well as new applications

... and what you're bringing in return

  • You have completed training in the commercial sector, preferably with reference to tourism
  • Ideally you are familiar with travel service providers and travel business
  • You are an organizational talent and also know how to plan your time best
  • You don’t think in terms of problems, but in terms of solutions – you also feel comfortable to challenge your ideas sometimes
  • Plus, you already have experience in (accounts payable) accounting? That’s an extra plus. But if not, that’s no reason not to apply!
  • It’s all about numbers here, but number crunching isn’t your thing? Great, because conscientious and structured work is indispensable for this position.
  • You speak and write German fluently. But since our company language is English, this should also roll off your tongue very easily
